Huge shoutout to our 8th-grade students! Through our partnership with Advance Kentucky, 90 students earned a $50.00 cash incentive for their academic success.
To qualify for this reward, students had to meet at least one of the following criteria:
  • Achieved the benchmark score in Reading.
  • Achieved the benchmark score in Language Usage.
  • Demonstrated 80% growth in Reading or Language Usage.
Our school is currently piloting Access to English, a specialized program sponsored by Advance Kentucky. This initiative is designed to prepare our 8th graders for the rigorous demands of high school English.
A big thank you to Advance Kentucky for their sponsorship, support, and investment in our students' futures!

JMMS TEAM INFORMATION

8th Grade Promotion Ceremony

Our 8th Grade promotion ceremony will be 5/21 at Victory Church. The doors will open at 9:30am and the ceremony will start at 10am. While we are not giving out tickets for this ceremony, we are limiting the number of people per family. We ask that only 4 members from each family attend. Due to the size of our graduating class, we want to make sure that we have room for everyone to be comfortable and safe. More information will come home next week with the students.
After the ceremony, the students may leave with their family. Thank you Chris Goodman and Victory Church for letting us use your beautiful building for our students.

7th Grade Information

Thank you to all the parents and guardians who worked so hard to make our 7th grade plans flow seamlessly this year! Because of you, we were able to host our first ever Fall Festival and take our students to the zoo! We appreciate all of your dedication and we hope you have an amazing summer! Thank you to the 7th grade students for helping make our 25-26 school year incredible! We will see you in the fall! ~ Ms. Johnson

Reading - I just wanted to thank all of the 7th grade students and their parents for an amazing 25/26 school year. You are a spectacular group of young people and your parents should be very proud. I hope you all have a fun and safe summer, and I look forward to seeing all of you next year.
